Well, the good news is that this is a truly nice sounding recording, to my ears (as in, to each his own) I would give it a A- rating. And, although this evidently has previously been circulated in a higher generation, this torrent reflects the closest thing to the original master. Nice sound capture, relatively minimal audience, and no screamers!
As TA informs me, this torrent reflects two 24 bit files, which have been downsampled to 14.4 with Audacity. The original taper and owner of the first tape is Harwilmer. Evidently, Harwilmer recopied his masters to another cassette and lost the original part 2, and thus the master tape of songs 11 through 17 no longer exists. And as noted in the track listing above, the final track "40" was not included. In reflection of there being two parts, the music fades out at the end of The Cry-The Electric Co. and then fades back in for A Sort of Homecoming
The only other version of this show, according to personal records, is:
U2 – Centrum – Worcester, Massachusetts – April 18, 1985 (“Ever Beautiful”, brewdog remaster)
That version DID include "40", with achtungbootlegs.com offering the following commentary:

What a concert!
The setlist is rather new for this tour with the only appearance of I fall down on this leg.
Bono is in great shape and it really comes across throughout the concert. He adds a snippet of Dear prudence during A day without me , a snippet a little longer than usual which makes Edge lose the thread of the song and forces the group to stop the song to be able to finish it with the right notes!
As always, Bono lets himself go on Bad and in addition to the traditional snippet of Ruby Tuesday , he also adds a little bit of You've got to hide your love away .
In short, even if the sound is far from perfect, the concert is really excellent and worth listening to!

Justin Cook's old web pages (I STILL have not heard from anyone as to his whereabouts, which is a tremendous loss for bootleg collectors) described a "Worcester Fire - Night Two" which also included "40", with this description: "This recording was transferred from cassette to CDR by Jeff Roy, webmaster of Mass U2. Audience and background noise is minimal. Sound quality and clarity are quite good, with the sound being much less distant than the recording from the previous night in Worcester. Thankfully the indexing is much better on this disc as well."
And Justin's review of "Ever Beautiful":
NOTE: This is a nice recording of a very rare show from "The Unforgettable Fire" tour. The sound is clear and the acoustics are good. Only a slight hiss remains in the background. Note the very interesting "alternate" setlist that was often used for the later show when multiple concerts were played in the same arena. This concert features Bono at his best -- very talkative, improvisational, and frequently interacting with the crowd. This is a great concert and, while the sound may not be as good as some of the old favorites ("Sharks In the High Chair", "Four At Four", etc.), Bono's chatter and the atmosphere it creates makes this a highly recommended bootleg.
