The taper fully understands he did not maximize his recording opportunities and did this by choice. He was about the 8th person into the venue, and had a chance to stand in the very first row. Hence the sound is unbalanced because he actually was behind the PA and you will notice the drum sounds very live, because he was not catching it off the PA, rather because it was about 10 feet away from him.



(from Aaron): [This is] the one that Mike Dann worked on with a friend of mine who is studying professional sound engineering at the University of Manchester. It came from the original working DATs, and was done in Audio Pro Tools.
